Inside Sales Rep

If you're an ambitious and proven sales representative with knowledge and passion about classic cars/trucks and muscle cars, we want you to represent and sell our product to wholesale dealers and retail customers. This position is based in Ontario, California. You must demonstrate great relationship building skills, be patient and capable of understanding the customer’s needs. We’re looking for genuine enthusiasts to help grow our business while meeting and exceeding sales goals. You will be conducting both inbound and outbound sales calls. In addition, you will travel to select car shows around the country from time-to-time to provide you face-to-face selling opportunities with top dealers and end-user customers, alike. Job Experience:

*5 years+ proven experience in inside or outside sales, with technical sales in aftermarket auto industry helpful

Technical Sales Support

We’re looking for a real “tech pro” to join our Inside Sales staff, one who would love to help our customers (authorized TCI dealers and end-users alike) troubleshoot a wide variety of installation issues. You’ll master the specifications of our existing product lines, and, using your experience, provide quality technical advice over the phone to our customers. You’ll also travel to select car shows around the country to provide face-to-face technical advice for our top dealers and end user customers to help us build our relationships with them. Grinder/Production Helper

TCI Engineering seeks an ambitious, goal-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, highly organized, and a great team player to be our next Frame Department Grinder. The Grinder is to perform specific tasks, including the grinding of frame parts to required performance/quality specifications, in order to help the Frames Team meet and exceed their daily WIP goals, while raising the overall quality of those products produced by the position.

Job Requirement:

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Examine and feel surface of work piece for defects - Select grade of abrasive belt, wheel, or disk according to specifications, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attached to grinder
- Start grinder and move it over surface of work piece to remove excess weld material and burns
- Polish ground areas with finer abrasive to produce smooth, unmarred surface - Replace worn abrasive disks, wheels, and belts
- May perform MIG spot welds as necessary
- Control the use of inventory in order to reduce cost of production.
- Keep an accurate inventory count in your designated area(s) and report any discrepancy to Frames Supervisor
- Understands, supports and participates in the company's improvement

Welder

Job Description:

TCI Engineering seeks a goal-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, highly organized, and a great team player to be our Welder. The qualified candidate will demonstrate, through their experience, their ability to perform specific tasks including the building and welding of all small parts to required performance and quality specifications. The Welder will also help the Small Parts Team in meeting and exceeding their daily Work-In-Process (WIP) goals, while raising the overall quality of those products produced.

Job Experience:
• 3+ year of operating MIG welders
• Must be able to fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets or other fasteners
• Must be able to operate hydraulic presses, belt sanders, band saws, drill presses and a variety of tools to assist in the assembly operation
• Must be organized, detail conscious, deadline driven and multi-project oriented
• Must be able to control the use of inventory in order to reduce the cost of production
• Must understand how to work in a production paced environment.
