Jr. STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:

Company seeks an ambitious, goal-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, highly organized, and a great team player to become our next Jr. Staff Accountant. Duties will include AR, Billing and other accounting/administrative functions: make and review customers accounts, make collection calls, prepare AR aging report, apply daily deposit, conduct daily invoicing, G/L journal entry analysis, prepare various reporting and reconciliations, cost analysis etc. Qualified candidate will also assist in some human resources functions. Great learning experience for candidate that wants to broaden their skill levels.

Salary based on experience, plus incentives and benefits package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform daily invoicing, E-deposit, cash deposit and reconciles daily AR book to bank
• Monitoring and updating AR aging report.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Assist month ends closing, adjusting journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Assist with bank reconciliation.
• Assist monthly sales & use tax return filing with 3rd party.
• Assist Accounting Supervisor with special project development.

Qualifications/Skill:
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Effective people skills
• ERP/MRP experience is a plus
• Reporting Skills
• Attention to Detail.

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
• Three+ years hands-on experience in general accounting for manufacturing
• Intermediate level proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access

We’re looking for a real “tech pro” to join our Inside Sales staff, one who would love to help our customers (authorized TCI dealers and end-users alike) troubleshoot a wide variety of installation issues. You’ll master the specifications of our existing product lines, and, using your experience, provide quality technical advice over the phone to our customers. You’ll also travel to select car shows around the country to provide face-to-face technical advice for our top dealers and end user customers to help us build our relationships with them. Job Experience:
5+ years of proven automotive, mechanical and technical experience with car rebuilds (especially suspension parts for classic/muscle cars)
Understanding of parts design and engineering blue print
Demonstrate the application and installation of critical suspension parts
Comfortable on the phone with great telephone skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably to customers of all skill levels
Experience dealing with customer service issues along with a proven problem-solver
Team player and works well with others (employees and customers alike)
Computer savvy with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Organized and detail-conscious

Grinder/Production Helper

TCI Engineering seeks an ambitious, goal-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, highly organized, and a great team player to be our next Frame Department Grinder. The Grinder is to perform specific tasks, including the grinding of frame parts to required performance/quality specifications, in order to help the Frames Team meet and exceed their daily WIP goals, while raising the overall quality of those products produced by the position.

Job Requirement:

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Examine and feel surface of work piece for defects - Select grade of abrasive belt, wheel, or disk according to specifications, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attached to grinder
- Start grinder and move it over surface of work piece to remove excess weld material and burns
- Polish ground areas with finer abrasive to produce smooth, unmarred surface - Replace worn abrasive disks, wheels, and belts
- May perform MIG spot welds as necessary
- Control the use of inventory in order to reduce cost of production.
- Keep an accurate inventory count in your designated area(s) and report any discrepancy to Frames Supervisor
- Understands, supports and participates in the company's improvement
