CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Description:

Company seeks an aspiring customer service specialist to act as our "director of first impression". This is a great opportunity to learn our company, our customers, our product and why we are the leader in the classic car industry. Success in this position can lead to an expanded role in sales, marketing, or operations. Qualified candidate must be great with people, demonstrate their relationship building skills, along with their willingness and ability to problem solve. Proven administration skills with an attention to detail and accuracy is a must, as the position plays an important role in tracking orders for our dealer and retail customers, while developing sales reports and updates for the sales team. Job Experience:
* Proven experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role, preferred
* Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM etc.)
* Must be organized and detail-conscious

We’re looking for a real “tech pro” to join our Inside Sales staff, one who would love to help our customers (authorized TCI dealers and end-users alike) troubleshoot a wide variety of installation issues. You’ll master the specifications of our existing product lines, and, using your experience, provide quality technical advice over the phone to our customers. You’ll also travel to select car shows around the country to provide face-to-face technical advice for our top dealers and end user customers to help us build our relationships with them. Experience dealing with customer service issues along with a proven problem-solver

MATERIAL HANDLER

Job Description:

TCI Engineering seeks an ambitious, goal-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, highly organized, and a great team player to be our next Material Handler.

Duties will include:
• Ensuring on-time, accurate & safe delivery and processing on all materials to the appropriate bins/locations
• Conduct routine cycle count to ensure accurate inventory
• Reduce inventory level by eliminating unnecessary material lost, misplaced or mis-documentation within facility
• Maintain housekeeping in raw material warehouses

Great learning experience for someone who want to take a leading role in Material Handler.

Job Experience:
3+ years hands-on experience in material handling & inventory control
Prior experience operating forklift/pallet jack
Ability to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restrictions
MRP/ERP system experience helpful
Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent analytical skills
Effective people skills/great team player
Automotive industry experience a plus
High school diploma or some college works completed

WELDER

Job Description:

TCI Engineering seeks a goal-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, highly organized, and a great team player to be our Welder. The qualified candidate will demonstrate, through their experience, their ability to perform specific tasks including the building and welding of all small parts to required performance and quality specifications. The Welder will also help the Small Parts Team in meeting and exceeding their daily Work-In-Process (WIP) goals, while raising the overall quality of those products produced.

Job Experience:
• 3+ year of operating MIG welders
• Must be able to fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets or other fasteners
• Must be able to operate hydraulic presses, belt sanders, band saws, drill presses and a variety of tools to assist in the assembly operation
• Must be organized, detail conscious, deadline driven and multi-project oriented
• Must be able to control the use of inventory in order to reduce the cost of production
• Must understand how to work in a production paced environment.
