Total Cost Involved Engineering’s 1961–1964 Ford F-100 Truck Parabolic Leaf Spring Rear Suspension is a modern implementation of traditional parabolic leaf springs. This American‑made Parabolic Leaf Spring uses fewer leafs whose thickness varies from the center to the ends following a parabolic curve. In this design, inter‑leaf friction is unwanted, so the springs only contact each other at the ends and at the center where the axle connects. Parabolic springs provide better ride quality and avoid the “stiff” feel of conventional multi‑leaf springs. As an added bonus, the reduced number of springs delivers 28% weight savings over the previously offered 5‑leaf kit.

This ’61–’64 Ford F100 pickup Leaf Spring Kit includes everything you need to install a brand‑new suspension in the rear of your vehicle. Everything that attaches to the chassis bolts into place. You’ll perform minimal drilling, and we reuse factory holes as often as possible to make installation easier. The only welding you’ll perform will be on your axle housing (unless you purchase a complete Currie 9″ directly from us).

All TCI Engineering products come with our Dual Warranty. We provide a 6‑Year, 60,000‑Mile Warranty on wear‑and‑tear items like bushings, coil‑overs, and ball joints. Any items built in‑house by TCI Engineering—such as link bars, control arms, spindles, and crossmembers—come with a Lifetime Warranty.
